NZOPT Conference 2021

Designed to fit smoothly with orgaNistZ 2021, this year’s NZOPT Conference will be run in tandem. The NZOPT events are immediately before the Festival (Friday afternoon) and immediately after (Monday afternoon), and include a line-up of exciting speakers.

We are delighted that the first speaker on Friday will be the Property Lead from Old St Paul’s/Heritage NZ. She will give conference attendees a deeper appreciation of this marvellous heritage building and what recent major earthquake strengthening meant for the organ when they attend the Festival recital on Sunday.

On Monday hear about the dramatic rescue of the 1879 Halmshaw organ right on Christmas during demolition of the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament (Christchurch). All orgaNistZ registrants are welcome to attend the Halmshaw presentation (even if they haven’t also registered for the NZOPT conference).

Don’t miss this fabulous opportunity to extend your experience at orgaNistZ 2021
